Kiwi, Pears & Pineapple Juice


Pears contain lot of minerals (magnesium, copper, calcium) as well as anti-oxidative vitamins C and K. Ginger has been long known for its therapeutic benefits and (in small amounts) has a beneficial effect on the skin, respiratory organs, nerves, stomach, intestine, blood vessels and the immune system.


  • 2 pcs of ripe, soft kiwi, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, chopped
  • 1 soft pear, peeled, seeds removed, cut into chunks
  • 1 dl of water
  • 3fresh mint leaves
  • A pinch of ginger


  1. Place the fruit – pineapple, pear, kiwi and banana chunks into the blender, pour in a glass of water, add chopped mint leaves, and pinch of grated ginger. Mix all ingredients evenly until smooth.

Serve cold.
