Blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries have plenty of ellagic acid (antioxidant) and anthocyanins (antiviral and anticancer properties).
- 2 dl of low-fat thick yoghurt
- 500 g of frozen wild berries (strawberry, blackberry, strawberry)
- 30 g of wholegrain cereals
- Pomegranate seeds
Put the fruit at the bottom of the bowl, then add cereals and finish with yogurt and pomegranate seeds on top. Store it in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
