Beetroot contains a variety of minerals (calcium, potassium, copper, iodine, sulphur, bromine) and vitamins, including rare B12, B2, C, and high percentages of iron, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. The fruit has been long known for its anticancer properties and helps regeneration of red blood cells.
Ingredients:
- ½ of red beet, peeled
- 200 g berries
- 1 pomegranate fresh pressed
- 2 spoon of honey
- ½ glass of water
- Few ice cubes
Directions:
- Peel and rinse the fruit thoroughly. Put chopped beets into the blender, add berries and freshly pressed pomegranate juice, honey and water, fewice cubes and honey. Blend briefly all ingredients.
Serve cold.
