AVOCADO WITH HONEY & LEMON
Avocado contains lots of potassium and unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, and E. Regular consumption of avocado can have a beneficial effect on the central nervous system, as well as muscles strength, skin and hair, and helps regulate the ratio of sodium and water in the body.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pit removed, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp. of honey
- 2 lemons,1 sliced, 1 freshly squeezed
- A pinch of cinnamon and vanilla
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl put avocado chunks, add squeezed 1 lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey and stir evenly until it gets creamy.
Scent with a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla. Serve cold.
