Apple, Spinach & Cucumber Juice

Cucumber is rich in vitamins and minerals (potassium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, iodine, manganese and iron). It has a high water content (95%) and is low in fat and calories.


  • 1 apple, outer skin removed, deseeded, cut into chunks
  • 1 large soft pear, peeled, deseeded, cut into chunks
  • 1/3 small cucumber, peeled, cut into stripes
  • 2 lime, peeled, freshly squeezed
  • A handful  (2 ounces) spinach
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 soft kiwis, peeled, diced
  • 2 glass of water
  • 2 tbsp. of honey


  1. Place the prepared fruit into the blender and add freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, water and blend until smooth.

Serve cold.
