How vegetarianism is changing the way we think?

 

First, the ethical concept at the heart of plant-based nutrition is that animals are not a commodity. They have feelings, like us, and should not suffer for our benefit. And there are no benefits at all because we know, with quite some certainty, that eating animal flash can cause a range of health issues, from coronary heart disease to colorectal cancer. This means that we need to re-write our diets, significantly shaped by unhealthy food and beverage marketing, industry sectors, and sponsored science. And that’s why vegetarianism does not allow us to live in ourselves. It demands our active participation in creating a more meaningful and healthier life, by putting things into focus that for long have been neglected. Although the popularity of plant-based nutrition continues to grow, most people are still reluctant to give it a try. They usually ask – what to eat and how to start? First, the most important is to decide for yourself. And the truth is it is not all easy, but if you are not afraid to immerse yourself in the new eating challenge, there is plenty of choices.
